Tubing

PE (Polyethylene) Tubing: PE Tubing is sometimes referred to as ol' school hula hoop tubing. It is black irrigation tubing found at most hardware stores. We only carry 160 PSI 1/2" Inside Diameter (ID) PE. PE is measure ID where most other tubings are measured outside diameter (OD). The 1/2" ID is very similar size to 3/4" OD.

HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) Tubing: 
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) is the same chemical makeup as PE. It's white rather than black. It's a bit lighter and a bit stiffer. If you're kinking your PE hoop because you're reversing very fast, or if your regular PE is feeling too heavy, HDPE is a good idea to try. We offer 5/8" OD and 3/4" OD HDPE.

PolyPro (PPE-Polypropylene) is lighter, springier, spongier, and harder to kink. For someone who is searching for more responsiveness and faster reverses, this is potentially the direction to go. We offer 5/8" OD and 3/4" OD PolyPro.

1/2" PE ID: As round as a penny; Slightly heavier than HDPE and Polypro; Black Irrigation Tubing measure ID not OD

5/8" HDPE OD: As round as a dime; Super light weight
3/4" HDPE OD: As round as a penny; Light weight

5/8" PolyPro OD: As round as a dime; Super light weight
3/4" Polypro OD: As round as a penny; Light weight
